How to Survive–the Amber Taniuchi Way

In order to survive financially rough times (i.e. college, post-college, post-I-spent-too-much-money-on-shoes-and-dresses), there was a meal I turned to with excitement.

I suppose it is the equivalent of eating frozen burritos, hot dogs or rice and beans. It’s survival food, but OH SO MUCH BETTER!

The meal consists of:
1) Home-made Miso Soup
2) Really good White Rice
3) Kimchee
4) Korean Seaweed

This is how to survive, the Amber Taniuchi way. I can guarantee that if you’re into Japanese/Korean food, you will turn to this meal more than instant Ramen noodles because it is so much healthier and delicious!

I was glad to be born Japanese because I can survive on Rice, Miso Soup and Kimchee.
